Lesson to learn from this story

For some hours now the video of the girl who tried to poison her madam has gone viral in the internet, with many people coming out to air their view on the incident.
There are some few lessons i want us to learn from the story.

Becareful with who you employ as househelp
don't just go out the street and pick any girl as househelp, try to get more information about a person before you employ them

Treat your househelp well
from the story, if you maltreat your househelp, they will be tempted to take negative actions against you which is wrong, do justice to them always.

Never be jealous of your boss
Had it not being that the girl was jealous, she wouldn't have taken that account against her boss. As a househelp, always be grateful with what ever your boss give you.

counsel/advice them as your own children
Most parent consider househelpers to be inferior thus they tend to give them less care, while they forgot those children needs someone to advice them and train them with good characters. Just as you listen to your children worries, try to also listen to your househelp worries and also give them advice when needed.
