well,there is a way to
stop android phone screen from turning off automatically
and this can be done from the setting menu of your android phone--> open settings on your android phone
--> scroll to device and tap on display
-->on display tap on sleep option
-->from the popup menu that apper tap on 30mins which is the highest.
this is enough to keep your hands free from tapping the screen of your phone to avoid it from turning off or going to sleep
on some android devices
go to settings> lock screen&password under system&device>select 30mins or the hightest value you see there
