Imagine you forgot your password you used in securing your memory card,and when you format and you have important files inside.you can remove password from memory card using android phone.
GO to play store and download ES FILE EXPLORER or search it on google
Insert the memory card into the android phone you downloaded the ES explorer
Open the app and select memory card
Go to system
Select mmcstore and add .text at the end It will become mmcstore.txt
This is were you password is stored
Click on it and you will see your password inside write it down
Now go back to memory card and energy option click on password and write the password you copied
Now enter disable or in some phone it will show deactivate password
