you can also check your phone RAM SIZE using an app, first download and install NOTISYSINFO, > open the app,
Turn The App On,and scroll down you will see your device used and RAM Size

Alternatively, You can do a google search about your device, just go to google.com in the search box write your phone product and spec. e.g itel it508 and you will see your phone full specification, check for RAM size.
